This website provides general information about C Sports Club, its facilities, coaching, memberships and events. Availability, schedules, prices and offers can change. Information shared directly by our team when confirming an enquiry or booking takes priority.

Enquiries Are Not Confirmed Bookings

Submitting a website form, sending a WhatsApp message or calling us does not by itself reserve a court, coaching slot, membership or event. A booking is confirmed only after our team confirms availability, price, payment requirements and other applicable details.

Pricing and Payment

Current prices, taxes, deposits and payment deadlines will be communicated before confirmation. Please verify the facility, date, time, duration and amount before paying. Payments are subject to the method and instructions provided by C Sports Club.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling conditions may differ by court, coaching program, membership, event and notice period. The conditions communicated with your confirmed booking apply. Weather, maintenance, safety or operational needs may require us to reschedule, relocate or cancel an activity.

Facility Rules and Safety

• Follow staff instructions, posted rules and the permitted use of each playing area.
• Use appropriate sportswear, footwear and protective equipment.
• Do not damage facilities, disrupt others or engage in unsafe conduct.
• Children and minors must have appropriate parent, guardian or program supervision.
• Tell staff about hazards, injuries or medical emergencies immediately.

Personal Belongings and Conduct

Visitors are responsible for their belongings and should not leave valuables unattended. C Sports Club may restrict or end access for unsafe, abusive, unlawful or seriously disruptive conduct, subject to the circumstances and applicable booking conditions.

Photos and Media

Please ask permission before photographing or recording other visitors. If C Sports Club plans organised promotional photography or recording, participants will be informed where reasonably practical. Contact us if you have a concern about an image associated with our channels.
